Delivery Details
Once the order is completed with a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from dipajang.id.
DipajangId will wrap and pack the product according to the shipping label on the package.
The package will be sent using JNE or JNT courier services within 1-2 working days from the order date. but we do not include the delivery time because the delivery time may vary depending on traffic conditions.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and problems

Refunds
